KnightsCourt, never-compromise-on-quality, that has made Jacqueline, and Rosemarie owners of KnightsCourt Bakery Cafe the quintessential dessert chefs.

Trained in Europe, Jacqueline and Rosemarie believe that sublime pastries should be as luscious to look at as they are to taste.

The unique patisserie, located downtown St Charles, ices & decorates its way through mounds of chocolate and gallons of whipped cream each week.

The menu changes daily at KnightsCourt Bakery Café  and features homemade tortes, fruit tarts, cookies, bavorise, bread pudding, mousses and much more.

Freshly brewed Lavazza Coffees and Octiva teas are available to accompany these delicacies.

Artesian cheeses, pannini sandwiches, quiches, English sausage rolls, Cornish pasties, homemade soups, variety unique sandwiches prepared to order on our own freshly baked breads and salads are offered

Our Business

Rosemarie and Jacqueline having completed a long European training, further increased their knowledge, by working their way around European in some of the most prestigious patisserie houses; from Paris, Vienna, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Spain. Result of this is unique product offerings that not only mirrors traditional European items, but also Jacqueline’s and Rosemarie’s special attention to ensure they meet expectation.
